Verizon Wireless: thanks, but no thanks
I received a letter from Verizon Wireless today, and by the sound of it, I’m a really important customer. Here’s an excerpt:
100 FREE ANYTIME MINUTES.
AND 1,000 THANKS. BECAUSE YOU DESERVE IT.
So I visited the URL they gave me, input my info, and discovered I’m not so important:
Why didn’t they know that I’d redeemed the minutes already and spare the printing, paper and postage OR just give me the minutes since I followed their instructions?
Just two months until I can switch to the iPhone or to Helio.
